WIP Critique ZULU

    Bueno, aqui os dejo lo último en lo que estoy metido, es una composición entre una pieza de la marca Romeo Models ( la reina zulú en el búfalo cafre) , y el zulu que la acompaña ( de la marca Pegaso Models ) .

    Son a una escala de 75 milímetros.

    El búfalo como podeis haceos una idea es un bicharraco enorme, mayor que un caballo a 90 milímetros, en fin un trabajo, infinidad de tonos marrones, ocres, amarillos, naranjas, sombras en negro, verde y tonos oscuros.

    Aunque parezca mentira me he cogido el libro de Mig y le he dado algunas técnicas de carros ( a fin de cuentas los colores son marrones y estos bichos van llenos de mierda ).

    Bueno, aun queda bastante pero asi os podeis ir haciendo una idea .

    Beautiful work on the furs. Are you planning to add some water to the groundwork? I only ask because of the green plasticine type material.

    No, the reason of the green plasticine is that still I don`t know what I`m gonna do in this empty and big space of the base ( all the suggestions are welcome)

    As I expected, the buffalo is a marvellous sculpt that will hold its own unique place in figure modelling. And the painting here does a good job highlighting its muscles and thin layer of fur. Beautiful!

    I still do not think much of the rider. Maybe she is really ok but rendered 'so-so' when compared to such a magnificent animal likeness...

    I would be very happy to be proved wrong.

    Nicely done so far my friend, perhaps a small amount of water as part of say a small brook, will look good IMO.:D
