I hope you are well, things will be slow as I'm off furlough and have been back to work for the last three weeks. I'm on sculpting Schiess and a Zulu to go with him now. I'm aiming for the end of the month on these. I could not even give you a date on the others yet. Sorry.

Back to Bob Hoskins' portrayal of Sgt Williams........this is one of Rick Scollins'
early illustrations. I expect you already know it well, but it's so evocative and
crying out to be the inspiration of a miniature.

Hi Mike,
It's a good source and I love the illustration, but C/Sgt Williams did not have his helmet on when he had the Martini Henry in his hands or all the equipment strapped on him. He's also missing his revolver hanging from the lanyard. It will be similar but not similar.
