    Hi All,
I am going to expand my range of figures and the former Mike French range of figures. I suppose this is especially directed to the Zulu war enthusiasts or modellers who have done this type of figure.
What figure or personality would you like to see from either Zulu, Zulu Dawn or real personality from the Zulu war. I am looking to get a good likeness done as per the previous releases in my range.

    I'll throw a few in the pot for starters;

    Surgeon Reynolds - Patrick Magee
    Corporal Schiess - Dickie Owen
Bob Hoskins - Colour Sergeant Williams
    Peter Vaughan - Quartermaster Bloomfield
    Private Hughes - Larry Taylor.

Thank you in advance for your input.
    cheers
    Richie
P.S. I have already started the ball rolling on two characters that will be done in 120mm

How about Phil Daniels - didn’t he play a drummer or musician in Zulu Dawn?

For me Peter Vaughan was the epitome of a QM, and would make a wonderful bust. Not my period but I would buy one just for those buggers handles :D

    Hi Nap,
Thank you Kev, but it's not just restricted to the ones I posted it could be anyone, I just posted those 5 as examples, I could have done the same for real people.

It's a chance for people to get a new 120mm figure done based on their input.

If they just want to see the former Mike French Zulu war range expanded then that's OK too.
    cheers

Paul Copley as Corporal Storey setting out the range markers in front of the British firing line, accompanied by the young lad.

Paul Copley would be a great one to do - he also played John Frost’s batman in A Bridge Too Far.

    Hi Geoff,
So pegging out the range markers or fleeing from the Zulu's!
The lad with an arm full of range markers just as the Zulu's come into sight or him holding the Martini as Copley pegs them into the ground.
Or Copley holding onto the lads right arm and fleeing back towards the lines.
    cheers

Hi Richie, I think the lad holding the rifle and reacting to the sight of the Zulus as the corporal's pegging them into the ground.

I know this is not the exact shot as the lad is not looking into the distance.

Hi Richie, that could be a basis for a scene. I think the 90mm Steady Lad vignette you already have in your range might have planted the seed as well. Perhaps the corporal turning slightly & looking over his shoulder. Fear, panic setting in on both of them.
Perhaps the corporal doing a "bugger this" moment before legging it.
