    Historical Note:
Goguryeo Kingdom (B.C.37~A.D.668) : Goguryeo covered large parts of present-day Manchuria
and North of Korea. The country was not only the most powerful and most aggressive kingdom

Excellent work, both sculpting and painting!!!

    FYI,
"Goguryeo or Koguryŏ (Korean pronunciation: [koɡuɾjʌ])
was an ancient Korean kingdom located in present day
northern and central parts of the Korean Peninsula,
southern Manchuria, and southern Russian Maritime province.

The English word "Korea" derives from "Goryeo", which in
    turn was named after Goguryeo"

Oh there's great history round that region and the nice thing is that the Mongols/Koreans/Ancient Japanese and Chinese dynasties were all unique in their own way, European Midieval armour was basically the same with very little difference between type/variation and even a couple of manufacturers who made for many, very nice to paint these periods, challenging indeed as Korean is not Japanese and so on - I am busy with MIGS bust right now.
