    In fact, very likely, yes. There's actually a letter from an officer of the Scots Greys that explicitly mentions the red dye of their coatees running into their white belts the night before the battle of Waterloo.

    Really nice bust. I would've liked to see a face that reflects a different character. This guy looks very similar to Young's German subjects.

    That said, I'm thrilled to see Victorian subject matter.

    Guy thanks for sharing it with us. Glad to see Young moving to something other than WWII topics. Still a nicely done bust of a Highlander from Waterloo. Looking forward to seeing one of these at Chuck's table at Atlanta Show.

    A great figure from Young, nicely painted too.
    I've noticed a deal of points raised, most of which I agree with but I'm afraid the chap is wearing light company wings, not grenadier wings so his plume would be green.
