    Hi All,

This is my version of an old but very good figure, depicting a WW1 German Dragoon.
The kit is from Kirin ,out of production long time ago.
I found an original kit in ebay and I bought it immediately.
The pose is from a painting and as far as I know ,this figure was also edited in 54mm as part of a vignette along with a woman and a small child.
The sculpting of the figure is superb and I think that during the past ,this figure was present in a lot of exhibitions.
I hope you will like it, please feel free to leave any comment! German Dragoon.jpg German Dragoon 1.jpg German Dragoon 3.jpg German Dragoon 4.jpg German Dragoon 5.jpg German Dragoon 6.jpg

An old favorite of mine, but oddly enough I never bought it. Too much into Nappies then. Well done.

One of the few figures, that will always stand up against the new ones, a beauty and one I have always wanted.

    Well done, nicely done

    A real classic!

Based on this war-time Stephen Matania illustration.

    All the best,
    Dan

Thank you guys, it is true that this figure is considered as good as today's kits and I think that most of Kirin's products were the same.

Fokionas well done on your painting of this kit on one of the all time top ten kits ever made . I like your colour scheme and simple plain base work that helps set off the figure .

Join all, great job. I regret that I did not buy that piece ... Had the opportunity to buy this , but as always, it time for a hobby is not enough, then all sorts of reasons for which you can not afford ... now regret that. I did not buy ....

This was done as a vignette in 54mm including the boy and his mother.
