By coincidence I had a Glasgow Highlanders cap badge in my hand last Saturday. One of my club members had bought it at a flea market during the week.

Please do a bit of a revue Del if you can find the time.
I know how the regimental museums, mostly staffed by
volunteer curators these days are a wonderful resource
like everything else they are under pressure from lack of funding.
We should probably all make more use of them with our interest.
One of my favourite publications of recent years is vanishing armies,
Lots of lovely watercolours of hli, cameronian and other lanarkshire and
glasgow units of ww1 period.
