Finished the faces, but still a long way to go.
If you have a long way to go then I must have an eternity. Mate, these are fantastic.
What a fantastic start!!!
Awww crap I just started the Saladin one and Brian does this awesome work
Brian. Saladin looks awesome cannot wait to see him finished.
Scottish gentleman is not too shabby either.
Two at once! Short attention span Brian? Or waiting for paint to dry?
Either way these are both marvellous and worth close study. Hard to see how Saladin could be bettered. And kudos for using your own colour scheme for the armour. I like this better than the box art.
Feck Off ......... when did you get Saladin? ....... Tuesday!!!!!!!
Outstanding in the photo, it'll be even better when I see it soon.
Oh! the Highlander is pretty good too
It's not his colour scheme it's mine the thieving Scottish weasel
The case for the prosecution rests
I have mitigating circumstances in my defence Steven.I was not of sound mind when I chose the colour scheme.
I used Darkstar bronze for the undercoat and gave this a wash with Lamp Black oils with Liquin.I used powdered printers ink with Liquin for the highlighting.Keep this to yourself.as.I think Steve might copy it.LOL.
Not a word....don't want that sneak finding out.
Brian, to my eye! you are tinkering with a different style/approach, as regards the flesh colours. Don't get me wrong, both are absolutely fantastic pieces of work., Of which I will doubtfully get anywhere close to..
How do I put this into wording ?? ... A 'warmer complexion', seems fairly close.
Excellent work, on both pieces, ... the end result will be 'Eye-Popping'.
Thats some painting and two on the go at the same time. Respect.
Oh Brian: Wow, what a thrill it must be to have that
kind of talent and skill. Just a beautiful start. I will
follow your progress with much interest. Have a great
day, Sir. . . . The Miami Jayhawk
Outstanding work there Brian. That's some speedy work, have them finished for Euro?
Easier than you think Bob ...... when you take in lodgers
Im beginning to hate you
These are bloody super
Damm that's where I've gone wrong, only one lodger.............
Beautiful work so far. Can`t wait to see the finished products. love the tones on your faces especially well. Paul..................
