In comparing your sculpt with the original picture, I can definitely see a very strong resemblence now, which is a magnificent achievement.

Perhaps the one area that still needs more work is the chin line and lower jaw. I think you need to add some more bulk under the chin and bulk out the jaw line a bit more to give his face that fully rounded (dare I say bloated) look. It will also have the effect of lengthening the face and make the head look less rounded, which I think is a good thing.
