Nearly finished this. It's been a bit like painting the Forth Bridge, constantly redoing parts due to it being white metal.

It´s a really nice and tender scene. It´s very well painted and I like the ground work, the fabrics faces and materials, wood, metal, in the crossbow.
How do you do the flowers?

    Jeez mate that looks good.
From the photos it looks like your best work to date.
The groundwork is also worth a mention as it looks brilliant.

However I am dissapointed that I feel I must pick you up on a glaring error...
The apple you have shown is a Breaburn red....history tells us it was actually a pink lady apple with a fuller cider flavour he shot off his offspring.

Thanks for having a peep. I think this is the first set of photos that represent the figure as it is.
Chris, it's a lovely sculpt. But the fit of the arm is a bit on the poor side.
Grant, Braeburn are my favourite, and cider used to be my tipple.
    The flowers are Fred Rex.
    Thanks again,
    Carl.(y)

you never fail to impress me Carl.

Once again your figures bring feeling and expression. The most challenging thing with a scene is to portray life and every time you post up another peice, I just think to myself how good you are at doing just that.

    Lovely paint job
    Brilliant groundwork
    just class
