Folks, let's gather ideas for a logical win-win ending. Manufacturers earn money, we have what we dream :)

What subjects would you really love to see in bust form?

I would love to have a contemporary DEVGRU /Seal Team Six from Operation Neptune Spear, a contemporary Delta hostage liberator in Iraq, a MOH SFOD-D Mogadishu Sniper and a Nightstalkers 160th SOAR helo pilot in full gear (and what a gear!!!)

Well these four would be outstanding to me. But I have such a long list! I had to start somewhere. I'll let others mention some fine studies around the Charge of the Light Brigade! :)

There are some great opportunities with some of the unusual head gear worn by the Russian army in the napoleonic period

I'd like to see a new selection of Native American busts, with the catch that they should be at least of the standard set by the Poste Mil busts done by Julian Lamb; even now not many reach this standard much less surpass it.

I like a lot of the picks above, would be interested in at least five or six of them as long as the sculpting were top notch.

For me ...more from the Franco -Prussian War , like the idea of a series from the Crimean period ...haven't seen anyone do Florence Nightengale or any of the senior Officers .

    Ventress,

I am sure I have a model of Chavasse in a glengarry as well) that was done by our very own Carl Baton ?

For me its more older stuff!.. such as Saracens, Moors, Persians! Carthaginians, Egyption's. even Byzantine, or Ottoman. etc... We have 'Crusaders, Christian Knights, Spartan's, Romans! but few opposite numbers!... the one Saracen/Moor bust, that I have seen looks like a 'Blow-Fish',.. Massive lips!

I did a 1/4 bust of Cardigan 15 years ago that I just posted on the showcase. Its primitive but I would pay for a good quality portrait of Cardigan, Lucan, Raglan etc.

Someday it could be interesting to ask all PF members what they think
proposing different period and armies and vote for 1,2,3rd position
piece complete or vignette or bust 1,2,3rd ...
    different sizes 54mm, 75, 8., 90, 120 above and vote for 1,2,3rd position
And publish when you have at least 500 answers .

I like busts from all periods but prefer personalilties to anonymous privates.
