This is a piece that I am doing for a private collector. It is about 100mm. I will get better photos as it comes together. Thanks for looking. Respectfully David Ackerman

Nice work! I am painting the APG bust of Washington crossing the Delaware right now and this gives me some ideas as the Battle of Trenton in something I have been obessed with for about three or four years now.

    Hi Dave,

Wow, that's one very impressive and famous scene you brought to life.

I can't wait to see it completed. What will you use for the water?

    Cheers

Very fun piece! I also have the APG Washington bust on my workbench at the moment, this serves as inspiration for sure!

David, That's quite an ambitious project. Though the painting is not an accurate representation it's recognized by everyone. Still, it's one of my all time favorites. Have you figured out how you're going to do the ice? What a start to finish sbs such a piece would be. ~Gary

If you get a chance please look at my Ghost Dancer. I did this piece some time ago. I don't do much western Natives. I live on the Chemung River in upstate NY. So my main interest is in Eastern Tribes but I enjoy it all. Thanks again. David Ackerman
