Hi Michael,
The color of his shirt is a mix of Vallejo "Brown Rose" and No. 2 of the Andrea brown paint set. I think you can achieve a very similar tone by adding white to Vallejo "Cavalry Brown"

An elaborate club, indeed. Unfortunately, there came no spanner with this kit. I hope that this huge drum he is carrying will draw all the attention away from his pistol.

Maybe he keeps it under his hat? Only gun nuts like me would spot it wasn't there. It's no detriment to what is a beautiful bust.
