Hello everyone and Happy New Year 2012.
    Like many I decided to model a bust scale 1 / 10 °.
    I chose a Volkssturm in 1945.
I use magic sculp and terracotta Milliput.
The first pictures relate to the start of the face.
    thank you

Because of the different colours it is hard to appreciate properly, but this looks like a wonderful start. The face sculpt looks really well. The nose is possibly a bit flat?

I look forward to the rest of your work.

    Cheers,
    Adrian

    Hi all,
FERRIS Thank you for your comments. The nose is not over.
I continue modeling with the beginning of the bust. The right arm will be modeled later. The texture of the wool sweater is made with an old paintbrush.
    See you soon

Figure lover thank you for your compliments.
The first accessory for my bust is a Panzerfaust. It is made from wood, plastic card and the foil.

    Hello,
The departure of the other accessory for my bust, hat. It is performed by placing a ball of magic sculp and Milliput on the head of the figurine. The crown is covered with sheet metal of the same product. Note the holes and pins corresponding to better position the hat to finish.
    more photos when it's finished.

    Hi Alain

    great start and nice project.
In the photos it looks as if the hat was a little high, almost like a cylinder!

Great start Alain, like it alot, different. Agree with Hendryck that the hat should sit more lower on the head and maybe the pullover on the face more particularly around the temple area. Well done.

    Good evening,
Hendrycks, Rob, yes, you're right. But I am attaching to this email a photo of the Bundesarchives, you'll see the hats. Gele, yes, but a dramatic time for all civilians!
The hat is finished refining the sides and adding details. Thank you all for your comments.

2, the folds of the glove.
3, the details of the fingers.
    I used the magic scupl.

    hello all,
Ok! thank Hendryk, Rob looks at the picture of time and especially the pullover of these civilians. The mode was different at that time.
Modeling continues with the progress of the jacket.

    Hi all,
the beginning of the right arm, we see the sleeve of the sweater and the flange Milliput will be the sleeve of the jacket.
Button of the shirt is sheet metal, cut with a punch Punch & die.

and thank you for your attention to my work.
Ferris thank you because you follow my work from the beginning.
I continue my modeling with the seams of the leather jacket.
