I've read several reviews on the figure and most note the poor fitment and bad castings they recieved with their kit. I have not experienced this with my kit and the torso fit to legs, although time consumming, went along well. I did experience the pony tail attached to the back of the head horns was broken off when I recieved the figure but decided to do away with the pony tail and using red Deer hair, have his hair flowing from the back of the horns (more to follow on this later )

The cape fitment to the body was done with 3 points of attachment. The saw edged fit to the back of the head as well as a fitment to each leg where it touched.

The head is in progress and I just attached the lower teeth and still have the eyes to do yet.

This figure has been a welcome change from commission work, Indians and Vikings and is loaded with detail overall.

More to follow this week.

Thanks Jay. The figure is getting ready to be fastened to the permenant base and I'll do the groundwork before I attach both arms. The right arm is pegged and just sitting in the socket now. I am waiting for some skulls I ordered from John McNenney, Miliatary Miniatures Warehouse and place around the figure. Skull hunter has to have skulls-------right?

Thanks Gary,

I have Drunegar, The Rhunekeeper started (actually first) and got sidetracked and went right on into Volgar. I'll have to resurect him and finish him up.

What an ugly face you painted there Guy,
But that is what it should be, as ugly as hell.
You have done a really awesome paintjob on this.
Great work. I like what you have done so far.

Agree with all! This is a well sculpted figure brought to life by your visual painting style! Very detailed and great shadow/light paintup.

I guess, there is a big bunch of Orks on the releasing list of many manufacturers worldwide, in all scales. Great!!

Hope, you will do an extraordinaire base for this Beauty!
