Espectacular Javier. Es un ANDREA MINIATURAS y ya tiene sus añitos ¿eh?
Saludos. Josito.

Awesome Javier !!! It is an ANDREA MINIATURES model from a lot of years ago.

Impressive !
It's one of Andrea's kits, I belive.
Some more close -ups would be appreciated :)
I wonder - how long did it take to accomplish such a big model ? Did you airbrush the ship ?

Cheers

This model was painted in 1990, and everything with brush, ship and the figures in the shield were hand-made. About the time, I don't have the information in the shop. This evening when I arrive home, I'll give more details.

And I'm pleased you like it. Thanks

Great job! I remember those shields. We had a drakkar, with shields in Lincoln Park in Chicago, and I remember carving out and sanding a wooden hull for my 12 yr old son 30 years ago, two days before he was due to hand it in. Still have the scars on my fingers!

This is really great. The winning combination of figures and ship model to show what was the vikings like. This is what I wanted to see for a long time. Just great.
