    Hi, all
This is my last miniature, maybe some of you saw it at Euromilitaire. It's Eglantine Price, the character portrayed by Angela Lansbury at "Bedknobs and Broomsticks", an all time favourite movie of mine since my childhood:

The miniature is an original 54 mm piece sculpted completelly by the great Diego Fernández Fortes (excepting the sabre and the tommy helmet). Excepting the paintjob, the only other things I did myself were the roof section and the chimney.

    Hope you like it!

And some of Diego's sculpture (spectacular, in my opinion) and the base:

Spectacular work Fernando (y) Thanks for posting the unpainted parts, those of us sculptors really enjoy seeing the underlying artistry! :)

What kind of putty or clay did you use ?

    Glad you like it!
I think Diego used Black Milliput over a steel wire for the broom and a regular armature for the body. The base is a plasticard chassis with cardboard for the roof section and the chimney is made of engraved plaster.

That is really cool! I saw pictures of it and glad to kow who did it. I really like it and I also liked the one of Alice, I think, with all the cards flying above her.

Absolutely awesome. I wish it was a figure you could buy as I'd give it a go. Bedknobs and Broomsticks was one of my favourites growing up. Come to think of it, it still is, and Angela is timeless. Very cool.

The putty is Magic Sculpt with a bit of black Milliput.
I tried this mix because find Magic Sculpt a bit translucent and this solved the problem.
Carl, yes, we won a Gold.

    Thanks for looking!

    Diego.

Thanks all for your comments! It was really nice to be able to present it at the 25th anniversary of Euromilitaire, as the events of the movie take place in a village somewhere very near the area of Folkestone. A kind of tribute to the show ;););).
    Thanks again.

Really great work, and a very well deserved gold! I used to love this film as a kid as well, particularly when the knights start kicking butt.
