There is such a variety of vallejo colours available and I regularly find that some of the colours purchased have looked a little different to the actual swatch colour within the image on the website or within an online shop. I know this is a long shot but is there anywhere online that might have the actual paint on paper to give a representation of some of the colours available?

I need to purchase an orange and red close to that shown in image but there are a number of reds available. I'm wondering if anyone could direct me to the 2 closest colours as per the image based on the model paints by vallejo if possible but open to using alternative brands.

mix it yourself with red and yellow. The joy of mixing is a bonus when your painting with oils

I use acrylics and agree with Marc above.

If you mix your colours you'll have more control over the result and can get a better colour harmony too. Many pre-mixed colours often contain mixed you don't think about like purples having a little yellow in to desaturate them.

Though if you need to have close to those I'm guessing at scarlett or Carmine red for the red and red orange for the orange.
