Hi everybody

A release from a while ago sculpted by Nick Majerus

This is the pics from the box art painted by Nick ........ The ribbon over the right pocket is a USMC Unit Commendation. The medal on the left is the USMC Good Conduct Medal. The one on the right is the National Defense Service Medal.( see below )

PS Also working on the Napoleon head as well from Scale Collectables

After these two are completed ...Gny Sgt Daly MOH x 2 will be next

Interesting to see you go with a much lighter blue than you need after a black undercoat then shade down again.

Great bust to work on.

Simon, I'm pretty sure the first guy in photo is a fake, but I might be wrong.

A nice start to a fantastic bust, I shall be watching with great interest.

That dark blue is going to be tough... :)

It’s been interesting so far !

The initial blue was just to get a “colour” on but yes that’s a good point you mention

Simon, Ian .....I’m amazed both are still able to actually stand , the first reminds me of the Kenny Everett character ...General Cheeseburger

Will you be adding those medals you pictured? I'll be really disappointed in you if you don't. :ROFLMAO:
Scotty.

It’s so tempting .....but there will be just 2 as in the ref picture of the pair ....still need to sort the unit citation out as well

..perhaps a future project !

Thanks everyone for looking in ...stay tuned

Keep painting and sharing
