This is the third in the review of Bravo 6's new line of Vietnam era figures depicting the characters from the movie Platoon. This is William Dafoe, Sgt Elias Grodin from that movie. Cast in 12 parts resin this figure comes in a small cardboard box will all parts sealed in a zip-lock baggie to prevent loss during shipping.

Above we see the parts out of the box and baggie and laid out for examination.

Above are the four sides of the torso and head cast together. I think you will agree that a perfect likeness to the character Sgt Grodin is unmistakable and the sculptor, Vladimir Demchenko is spot on. The arms are cast separately and will be seen later.

Above are two close-ups showing the attention to detail Vladimir has sculpted into the figure with the folds and equipment as well as the likeness.

Above is the left arm and hand along with the wrist watch with the clasp on the underside.

Above is the right arm and hand with the trigger finger off the trigger as it would be while carrying the weapon.

The top photo above are four grenades to be attached to the webbing of the figure as well as the decal sheet that comes with each figure.

Conclusion:
A fantastic detailed figure to accompany the previous 2 figures and a fourth on its way. Crispness of detail as well as the sculpted likeness to an actual person is excellent. Highly recommended.
