Hi Steve

Good to see you posting

Lovely painting on the figures , like the medic and the contrast between the 2 figures

Are these planned for a Vignette or Diorama?

Thanks for sharing

Looking forward to seeing more

Happy benchtime

Nap, Malc, Simon, and Mobo Thank you all for taking the time to take a look and comment! I painted them with one available eye, one eyelid was swollen shut due to a stye with cataract surgery soon so my work should improve a bit in the future, being 68 has its drawbacks sometimes!

Nap they are destined along with a rifleman for a vignette base in the works, thanks for such a wonderful place to share our work amongst friends.

Warren, Nigel and Nap thank you so much because these guys were a struggle and I disliked the NCO so much he was in the trash for a bit before I adjusted his painting. Sorry for my lack of photography skills, here is what I consider a descent picture of them and the 3rd figure really needs adjustments after I look at him.

Medic has a white spec of dust on his left leg I didn’t see until after picture was taken.

Super painting, Steve. It really is. Sometimes the most rewarding figures are the ones you pull out of the skip. Some people wish I'd kept mine in there! As you rightly say, photographing figures is almost another hobby in itself.

Thank you so much ! I guess we are all the same about our feelings towards our work. Getting that figure to look as good in a picture as it does in person is a nightmare sometimes!

Hi Steve

Catching up a bit .....the figures look just great , like the definition you add on edges and seams ...works really well

Look forward to seeing them on a base

Don’t forget to look at the competitions see link below

Have fun @ the bench ..,just enjoy what you paint
