;) Hey guys, i would like to know if you can tell me some links, (or send me pics) where i can see the uniforms and equipment of the privates, specially the winter clothe, like that they used in Bastogne.

    Thanks in advance

    Hey Edson,

Try looking on the web for U.S. WWII re-enactment groups. There are plenty of color photo's of these guys in period dress. Should give you a good idea on colors. Hope this helps.

    Edson,
When you mention "Bastogne," the first unit that perhaps comes to mind is the 101st. Airborne Division. If so, I recommend "Trigger Time" - http://www.101airborneww2.com You'll find just about anything related to the Screaming Eagles there.
Another one you may find interesting is http://www.normandy1944.info/

    Hope these help.

P.S - I wonder how many of us remember the thunder that descended upon the Western front 60 years ago today.
