    Hello, everyone.:)
I have begun to paint the next figure.

    (U. S. MRINE PACIFIC、VERLINDEN120mm)
By the way are the jacket and the pants this soldier wears KAKI-DORABU?

    Or is it khaki?

It isn't detailed, so when you can tell, I'm happy.;)

I also use VALLEJYO - COLOR mainly this time.

Mitsutaka,, I don,t beleive that he is wearing Khaki pants. They did not have patch pockets. The shirt is hard to tell as the ammo bandoleer covers the pockets. I don't think it is Khaki either. They were worn early in the war and then there were changes made.

    Thank you very much, everyone.

    Hi !Marc.:)
Thank you very much for your kind comment.
VERLINDEN is low price, so I stock it a little.
I'll paint 120mm figure of an alpine around the end of September.;)

    Hi! Mike.:)
Thank you very much for your kind comment.
It's my standard about a ground work.
    It's as usual.
I suffered from deciding the location of the figure.;)

    Hi! Ken.:)
Thank you very much for your kind comment.
I think this figure is a wonderful figure, too.
I'd like also to use VALLEJYO - COLOR mainly this time.;)

    Hi! Taesung.:)
Thank you very much for your kind comment.
I think I'm a wonderful figure as VERLINDEN, too.
I bought 120mm German soldier of an alpine.
    While being close, I'll paint.;)

    Hi! Nick.:)
Because it's Pacific, is it the Pacific War?
I painted a jacket and pants in ORIBUDORABU just in case.
If I'm wrong, please point out.;)

    Hi Mitsutaka,

Another Verlinden hey! But I must say this is one of the very nice ones; good pose and nice folds.
Your grond work will fit very nice with this one!
    I'll be following your progress.

    Cheers,

    Thank you very much, Adrian.

    Hi! Adrian.:)
Thank you very much for your kind comment.
    sorry. It's VERLINDEN.;)
But I think the quality is high as you say certainly.
    (A facial expression is monotonous.)
I tried to glue together based on a figure.
I had trouble arranging a balance in left and right.;)

    Basic painting finished.

I have finished basic painting by a hand piece.:)
    VALLEJYO - COLOR was used.
I thinned these with water and blew.

A contrast of a uniform and skin is completed by painting of completion.
After that a detail is painted.;)

Misutaka, you are correct in it being the Pacific War. The helmet cover can be either green side or brown side out depending on what time period you choose to depict. Once the Marines started making landing on the coral reef islands and until the end of the war, the brown side out was the usual helmet cover color. I think you are doing a great job and really like your ground work.

    Hi Mitsutaka,

Another great start mate. I can't wait to see how it turns out. That's one of the best Verlinden figures I've seen too.

    Thank you very much, everyone.

    Hi! Kazufumi.:)
Thank you very much for your kind comment.
    I liked VALLEJYO - COLOR very much.(y)
I could concentrate in painting now.
I think this figure will be also completed soon.;)

    Hi! Nick.:)
Thank you very much for your kind comment.
Thank you for telling me a valuable data.
May Brown's fabric and I be processed in this case?
A sample of a package doesn't also seem green.
By the way I don't like the CAMO-pattern.
I may treat the pattern with a hand piece.;)

    Hi! Tony.:)
Thank you very much for your kind comment.
This figure will be completed soon.
I agree to your opinion, too.:)
I think this figure is quite wonderful figure.
However I can't be satisfied about a facial expression.
Facial painting was difficult for me indeed.
    Thank you for liking it.;)

    Hi! Pedro.:)
Thank you very much for your kind comment.
While being close, I'd like to contribute remaining progress.
    Thank you for liking it.;)

    Hi! my friend Alexandros.:)
Thank you very much for your kind comment.
I'm not a fan of special VERLINDEN.
I think PEGASO and the figure of ANDREA are more wonderful, too.
However these are worn by a white metal.
    So these are expensive.
When the state of my economy is considered, VERLINDEN is chosen.
Yes,A coat makes the black preimer.
It's difficult to be exposed to the light under the side and the thigh.
I'm thinking it should be set as the quite dark color, not a basic color here.
I think it's corrected in the dark color from later if I'm a skilful modeler.
As my negative idea, this correction, a modeler, when I go back, I consider work.
The way of my coat isn't traditional of course.;)
However I'm thinking I can also propose the way to use those to the full while a material is flooded.

    Competion of ifgure........

I have almost brought painting of completion to an end.:)
First I made them emphasize a contrast of a uniform.
I thinned VALLEJYO - COLOR with considerable water.
I applied and piled up that.

A face is being also painted by the same way.
A facial mold wasn't too good, so it was difficult that I put a contrast.

A coat of a helmet, a coat of a button and a coat of a ground work are left.;)

    Mitsutaka,

The brown helmet cover is 3 shades of brown spots over a tan background. The green cover has the brown spots plus a green one on a very light green background. With the uniform you are painting, either is correct.

Thank you very much, Nick, Christos.

    Hi! Nick.:)
Thank you very much for your valuable information.;)
    I'd like to consult this.
A figure has been completed today.:)

    Hi! Christos.:)
Thank you very much for your kind comment.
I have completed painting in a detail and a ground work.
I have brought to an end about a figure.
    Thank you for liking it.;)

I have finished painting in a detail.
Painting of a button, shoes and a helmet has ended.
I used a hand piece about the CAMO pattern.;)
VALLEJYO - COLOR was also used for a ground work.
I blew these by a hand piece.
I did a dry brush after that.
I added green to the color of the earth about grass.
    And a dry brush.

If a title plate will be completed, this work is also an end.

I think a complete picture can be contributed immediately.;)

    Mitsutaka:)
