WIP Trying to paint- Evolution Grenadier

Just starting on my 2nd Grenadier in 54mm, still a little more to do on the face and then will start on the uniform
This is a very detailed figure for this scale , well worth the money

Good idea to keep the face a bit dark, because of the shade from the hand.

Maybe a very thin, very dark black line along the top of the eyes would add some contrast and reduce the slight 'pop- eye' effect.

Anyway, he does look tired and cold already, so well done!

    Thanks for your help/input Adrian
It's amazing how long you can spend on an eye of this scale. You try to improve, then you mess it up, then it looks look good then when you touch it up it looks bad again :( then when you take a photo of it, it looks even worse. If I feel brave I may put a line above the eye as I think it will improve the eye area.

    Thanks again
