Trouble with too much start figures

    Hello guys I start 4 new figures together and now I'm in trouble I beginin' this hospitaller from Romeo models 70 mm but in one moment of relax I start one old but fantastic figure sculpt from Mike good Vercingetorix for Le Cimier.
    and then I start this fantastic bust from JD miniatures and the Andrea toys figure Leibstandarte .... to much figures but I hope you like ciao from luca:eek:

    They all look good, like Marc said. Have fun painting all them at once . It should keep you from getting board. I like your flesh tones very much. What colors do you use ? Chris

    hello Chris , this is my flesh oil mix:

    mars brown+mars yellow+titanium white+raw umber.
    for the high light I used flas deep mussini 4 for the shadow i put raw umber and a touch of cobalt blue. in the end I put un touch of cadmiun red deep and raw umber for the chekbouns. sorry for my bad english ciao from Luca:rolleyes:

    Great work mate, love the Vinecifetrix figure and Nazi very much - just a point, I think that you should try and blend some better shades into the knights bust leathers, especially on his chest as the highlights look brushed on as an after thought IMHO, perhaps some layers of different shades of brown to achieve that faded look.(y)

    The characters look very alive, congratulations. The hospitaller is not my cup of tea, there are too many on the market these days, but with your painting I could change my mind.

    I have six figures on my bench, all started, none completed. I think we all know what you are talking about...;)
