Been playing over the weekend with some SLA 3D printing. TREX bust anyone. Also tried a larger size in PLA plastic at a medium resolution print. The SLA prints are awesome and flawless.

Look very good Tommi, were these done on the Formlabs Form 2 printer ?

Hi Steve many thanks. Nope they were done on on one of my Anycubic Photon printers, incredible piece of kit but with a small footprint. I have a couple of the new Phrozen Transform printers arriving at some point that have a very large 13.3 inch build area and the prints I have seen from these are as good as anything else out there.

Thanks for the info mate, have been playing with the idea of getting a 3d printer for a while, will look at the Anycubic Photon. Is the Phrozen of the same quality print wise?

You wont be disappointed with the Anycubic but you do have to play with the settings depending on the UV resin that is used, brand, colour etc, Phrozen is pretty much the same in some respects but better engineered and with large build area although the resin is not cheap so experimenting can end up costing. All a big learning curve and very time consuming.
