Kit used: Knight of the Holy Sepulchre, Pegaso 54mm

In 1144, Joscelin II, count of Edessa marched out of Edessa with almost all his army to support his allies, the Ortoquids, against Aleppo.
Zengi, the powerful atabeg of Mosul, seized the opportunity and marched against Edessa. He arrived and laid siege in November. Count Joscelin II moved his army close to Edessa knowing that he can't defeat Zengi without help from other crusader states. Jerusalem agreed to sent an army, but it was to late. Edessa was lost on December 24.
Our hero, a Knight of the Holy Sepulchre, is marching with Jerusalem army when, close to Edessa, is stopped short by a volley of arrows. It was to late.

The Pegaso Knight of the Holy Sepulchre is a nice kit. Many parts, a certain assembly sequence kept me alert. Sometimes frustrating but, definitely fun.
Hope you like it. Let me know what you think and thank you very much for watching.

    Cheers,
    Zeno

Wow, I definitely do NOT think that our member "MarquisMini"
overstated the case. Indeed, just a beautiful presentation in
every phase. And lovely photographs as well. What an
    atmosphere this work creates. Congratulations,

    Zeno,
Well done my friend. The final presentation is beautiful, the ground work is outstanding and your backstory research is a great addition, as always.
Having seen this piece partially complete, in the flesh, I can testify that the metals are outstanding... the pics don't do them justice.

I guess I'll be up against this one in Ajax in the mounted catagory... eek!

    Cheers
