    Dan, Constructive criticism aside you've done a nice job. Basing a figure, let alone a vignette on a painting/illustration is not an easy thing to do. A number of people could do the same piece and you'd end up with a like number of differing interpretations. I do applaude you attention to detail/accuracy. Your piece by piece listing of weapons and equipment is always an interesting read.~Gary

    The fix should be relatively easy, actually. The more I looked at what Chris said I could see what he was seeing. So-better to get it fixed regardless...

    In this case, the fact that I chose M1914 leather field harness vs. the M1908 canvas field harness shown in the illustration - actually worked against me!!! But again, I don't know how you'd fit M1908 together to make the bit used to lift the wounded man. What do you think, did the illustrator take an "artistic license" approach?
