This is my latest project, They Came By The Sea from Semper Fidelis in 54mm scale. I added a cliff top from tree bark, a bit of static grass and scatter, decals for the lions, and brush painted everything with Vallejos. A full blog can be found here:

I like it. But from my point of vieuw I should tint down the grass.
Its to atractive for the eye, and leads the eye away from the figures.

Cheers Marc! I had wanted a more straw coloured grass, but I didn't have any so went with the less green shades in the stash. You work with what you got sometimes.

Great little vignette. The paintwork, most of all the blending, is superb and the scenery is very well done.
Your "cliff" tells a story of the enemy entering their shores by ship. Very, very well done !
