    Hi everybody,
This is the latest one I've finished, it's Andrea's 90mm "The Tropy" that I painted recently for a collector. In the kit there's a choice of a paper flag or a resin one wich has here and there a light print on it, but as I'm a oil painter, after two layers of Humbrol color and one oil, you can imagine that there's not much left of the print, so a lot of freehand and looking at the box to complete the flag was necessary. The colors are not glued into the hand yet, but is only put in place by blu-tack. Thanks for looking and I hope you like it.

Beautiful work, just wondering, do you think the steel rods in the legs will be enough to keep it from sagging or did you do any alterations, thanks, Damien.

Many thanks for looking and making the nice comments, guys!
    Much appreciated! (y)

Damien: the steel rods are pretty long and are fastened even into the wooden base.
For my experience, it will hold and not bend over like some do.

    Cheers, Eddy

Fantastic work over all. Eddy, the figures, dragoon and horse, are painted in your great level, as always, but I think you gave the most with the flag.(y)

That's a beauty Eddy, I don't think I have seen a Horse from you before!? A very lucky collector to get their hands on this one.

Thank you very much for the kind words, guys! (y)
Keith: I did some horses in the past and don't have much problems painting them, but I hate those reins, wich most of the time holds me back from starting one. (n)
Thanks again for taking the time to look and make a comment, my friends!

This is simply an excellent piece!(y)(y) Your tone transitions are fantastic! I agree, if I could do this level of work, I would be hard pressed to let any of it go.
