    Hi guys,

including I post some pics of my current project. It's a vignette by Andrea called the tramp and the kid. The tramp is painted, but he has cost me a lot of blood sweat and tears. And I'm still not happy with it. The boy and thedecor must be ready by tuesday (it's a comission job) so I guessChaplin will stay the way he is. As always I have painted him entirely in acrylics. Now, start shooting your remarks at this tramp.

    Gino

    Gino,

Looks Great my friend! I can see why it has caused you some headache. I also have this figure and the kid part is pieced together a little unusual compared to other kits I've seen. Hope to start mine soon. Anyway, wonderful job and show us pictures when it is completed.

Gino, good to see you here again and when you bring finely painted figures like this with you....well.....there's not much else to add. Great work on a very unique subject. I look forward to seeing the rest of the vignette painted up. Keep up the good work (y) .

    Hi guys,

Thanks for the nice comments. I'm working on the Kid now, and I hope to post pictures of it wednesday.

Brad, the fit of part for Charlie was perfect, you only had to glue his hand. The Kid on the other hand was terrible: parts didn't fit and when glued together larges gaps were still present. I had to fill them with magic sculp and do some "resculpting".

    Thanks once again,

    Gino

    Hi all,

Because Chaplin started to feel lonely I painted the Kid too. The fit of parts was bad: the right hand was floating above his arm and between the two parts of the legs was a gap of 3mm. Thank God for Magic Sculp? Further it was painted completely in acryllics. I now need to finnish the groundwork and a lamp post. I hope to post pics of the finnished vignette soon.

All comments, tips etc... are very welcom.

    Best wishes,

    Gino.

    Hi guys,

well I've madeit just in time. Tomorrow I will hand over the vignette to it's new owner. The lamppost is made of Andrea and Tamiya parts. Again all was painted using acrylics and some Mig pigments to dust everything. I now gonna cross my fingers and hope the client will like it.

All comment and critics are very welcome.

    Greetz,

    Gino
