I don't like doing payment with my debit card on-line, and don't just now have access to a printer, so I sent them an e-mail asking how I could arrange to buy a figure by mail, if it was in stock. I got no reply and figured oh, well....

Then the figure I inquired after arrived in the mail!!!

I have never had a shop send me anything without advance payment, I never imagined anyone would. Obviously, I have sent off their money.

I don't buy many figures, but I sure as %%*&! know where I will buy them when I do.

Chuck is a wonderful guy to deal with and is very helpful.

He did the same to me many many years ago when I was after a Harton galloping Indian warrior.

Let me add another example of Chuck's commitment to customer service. I was going to the MFCA show a couple of years ago and I asked if he could bring two items that I had my eye on.
I walked up to his tables and he had them ready for me. Excellent service and as I mentioned in another post here, if you ever get the chance to visit his shop, you will not be disappointed,
(and bring a fresh credit card and/or lots of cash,)

Chuck is top drawer. I've dealt almost exclusively with The Red Lancers for decades because you can't beat their prices, range of figures and speed of delivery. If its in stock, Chuck will have it at your door within 10 days on average. I intend on spending a lot of my Expo money at his vendor table in Chicago.

I always just call Mr. Robinson and place my order with him over the phone.

No worries!

Oh, and stuff gets to my door quick!

Chuck and his crew are top-notch, classy folks. I've happily dealt with them for many years.

That's Chuck! He has been my vendor of choice for almost twenty years now. I have had the pleasure of visiting him in his shop multiple times over the years and it is something not to be missed if you are in the area.
