Completed The hobbit, the beginning.

    Hello friends.

    I give you figure Yarry from firm Enigma 54mm.
    Painting: Tempera, Oil paints.
    The basis: the Grass from firm Zvezda, is painted further. Water with 2 component epoxy.

    Another lovely rendition of this lovable kit. Congrats!

    This is gonna sound funny coming from me, as I am known for resisting highlights. I personally feel the highlight here could go a tiny bit further to really bring out the handsomeness of the face. Of course, as I have been assured before, this all comes down to personal tastes...

    Nice one Peter!

    The base is really well done.

    Is it too late to add some additional highlights to the face? If you highlight the left side of the face slightly more the asymmetric sculpt will be nicely accentuated. But even without it, this is already very nice work!
