This time I remembered to take some pictures of the show.


The Aldershot BMSS the club I am nominally part of with Brian Reason and Mark Blowers manning the stand.


A couple of pictures of the International Flat Figure Society who had a large display of very well painted and displayed flats.


The Faversham Modelling Group, the hosts, put on a nice display of members work.

It was nice to meet old friends and fellow Planeteers, including Dave Gore, MalcC, Nigel, Melanie and for the first time Scottie.

The group dates back 40 years, this year they paid a touching farewell to founding member John Regan who many of the UK members may very well know. He was a talented sculptor and Painter, a keen and very active member of he BMSS and one of the nicest people you could wish to meet. A sad loss to the hobby and a good friend to many his ever cheerful input will be missed.

I'm going to take the rest of the day to recover from the driving, so I may as well do that at my bench.

My apologies for not posting earlier, I've been unable to gain access to the website until now.
I do have a few photos to add to Simon's, which I'll add tomorrow.
Great to catch up with Clubcat, Simon and NRG.
I'm not sure if I met Scottie or not, will have to make sure I say hello in the future.

I attended on Saturday and must say it was a great show and everyone was so friendly.
Some stunning work on display. I came away inspired and having learnt several hints and tips to improve my painting.
Well done and thank you to the organisers.
