WIP Critique The Black Devil

    Hello friends Planetfigure
    I started working on this bust of Young, a Soviet sailor during WWII.
    For the painting of the face I was inspired by the Soviet propaganda images depicting forever young-looking proud. I hope I have succeeded in my purpose.

    The acrylic base is made up of flesh, British uniform, crimson and white. The palette of oil colors is as follows: purple, crimson red, raw umber, burnt sienna, ocher, golden, Naples yellow light, flesh and bianc
