Thanks guys for the truly nice words- Shep is the reason I do these dioramas so I can proudly say I'm sure an influence there for sure. Here's one to add to the collection a portrait piece I've done for a collector friend. North Africa 1941 in 1/16th scale

That's a great figure, very natural, casual pose. You've caught his likeness too, going by the photo in the background. Top work!

thanks Scotty and Nap -Likenesses's are a different challenge (similar to my old line of work where we were called upon to create likenesses as a pretty staple item)but I like the occasional one here and there

My Father served in the 8th Army, so I'll be keeping an eye for the commercial release.

My father-in-law did too, he was in the UK military police, HQ Provost Company, 44th Division.

My Father was in the 7th Armoured Brigade. ( Desert Rats)
