Diorama by the way is 1/35th scale

Excellent work on that diorama, it really has that worn, dusty, desert feel about it. The DAK tankie figure is looking good too, really natural pose.

John, it makes me very happy that Sheperd Paines name is mentioned in one of your post. Lets not forget this extraordinary man who had such an influence on many of us in our community throughout the years. I still treasure his books "How to build Dioramas" and "Building and Painting Scale Figures".

Shep Paine will always mean a lot to me - he and his work were a huge inspiration to me(as you say countless others) and the reason I sculpt miniatures and do this type of work . I always enjoyed my time with him as well - He paved the way!!
