I greet! This is the attempt to color the bust Of Young Miniatures. It applied base colors to the jacket and face. Acryl.

I like the way the face is done Marina, nice job. Not sure if it's just the photo but the yellow on the collar is looking a little greenish, you might want to tweak that a bit. Are you using black to shade by any chance?

The way the boxart is painted isn't entirely correct so there are some details given on the uniform in the thread in News that announced this figure, here that might help.

    Nice start Marina

The yellow does look a bit of a lime color but easily fixed,
Young"s busts are very good but you seem to have left a mould line round the bottom of the bust.
Maybe a bit picky off me but something to watch out for in future.

But it is still nice work

Thanks! Collar will be corrected. Jacket will also have another nuance. Face to me is more interesting. You will excuse for the weak English.

The red shadow to me are a bit too hard and too strong.

Nice start Marina, I like very much how you have painted that face. As I can see you have add a little of blue to the black of the hat fur, I would alleviate some. Good work so far.

Thanks for the commentaries! This is fur hat? Not feathers?
