This is a 90mm Pegaso Teutonic Knight just recently released. I have painted the figure with oils and mounted the figure to a Ken Thomas Base. It is also another entry for the Chief 2008 competition that ends tomorrow.

    Mario,

That's one outstanding piece of work. My only criticism- it's not in my display case!

    Hi Mario

Nice piece of work, its a good looking piece and the ground work compliments it well. colours are good the metals are well done too.

On a small note, something has been bugging me about this piece maybe you or anyone else answer my question, Why does he have two swords, considering the one in his hands is the larger broad sword and the smaller is hanging in the scabbard, surely with all that armour and weaponry plus the cape and Helm. he wouldn’t be fighting for long, maybe not at all, as he would be carrying so much

I´m very happy for your comments ,thanks a lot for your kind words .

    Dave and Steve

You are right about the two swords , I don´t wanted change the original sculpture but I think ,the right, would be the cape of sword to be empty .

    Warm regards

Mario! While Pegaso provided you with a fine canvas your work turned it into a masterpiece! I can only echo the applause above and add: MORE!

    Really great work.

Dave, the big sword was carried on the the knights horse. Think its called a bastard sword, but will let the experts correct me. Hardy
