Not bad for your second figure! Especially the leather is very nice.

As a suggestion for the third one, try and keep the gloss on the fabric down. The finish you achieved looks perfect for rain suits (like the german Feldgendarme uniform) but a bit glossy for this one. Just mix in a bit of flat varnish in your mix, or use a dull coat afterwards.
