Hi all,

I enjoyed painting this 120mm Kirin kit. The stripes on the robe were a challenge though and I find white clothing particularly difficult to paint. It's painted in Vallejo and Andrea acrylics as usual.

Thanks for looking,
Edward

Really tidy paint job Edward! I can imagine the challenge of those stripes. Well done on those, it looks really neat. Did you use masking?

Cheers,
Adrian

Probably your best yet Edward IMHO.Love the subtle tones, really top class paint job on a difficult figure i.e.whites and stripes.

As always Edward your clean and precise brushwork makes this otherwise quite plain sculpt really come to life.
Brilliant work and perfect finish.
All the very best,
Keith

Hello Edward, Beautifully painted, the face, stripes, and especially the white painting, look great. Would you mind sharing the colors you used for the white??? They look very natural, and realistic. Thanks, superb work Edward. Regards, SG:)(y)(y)
