Hello all,

I've finished the face on Derek Hansen's brilliant sculpt of Lawrence and thought I'd post some pics. It's painted in acrylics.

I am thinking of painting the striped robes in the attached photo..

Very nicely done Edward. I like the subtle tones. I like the smooth white primer coat you have. What are you priming with? I like the stripes also.

Thanks Jerry. I use white Tamiya Fine Surface Primer. For this figure I sprayed a few coats as I wanted an opaque white surface for the areas of white clothing.
 
Yes, really nice start :). I will follow your work and hope you go for stripes.
Happy to see one from my "gray army" ends up with someone that gets is painted (y)
