Hi, everybody. We are a young company producing miniatures.Our first miniature is a hero Svyatogor, from ancient Russia.
In the East Slavic mythology Svyatogor is a giant-warrior, “higher than the towering forest, but lower than the moving clouds”. He lives high up in the Saint mountains and makes Damp Mother Earth shuddering, the forest swinging and the river bursting its banks when he starts moving. Svyatogor is a pre-Christian Russian warrior, sacred and powerful. Related to the ‘older’ brothers, he personified natural phenomena, threatening and hostile, occurring in winter. Svyatogor, for example, represented gigantic storm clouds covering all the sky.
