Adrian .... I've added a bit more to the wool inner and the propably rabbit fur on the hat :)

    Pedro .... Thanks man :)

Dot44 ..... or peadot for the pants :)

Using Calvin Tans Osprey modelling guide as a jumping off point I had a go at the trousers on our fellow

I'm happy ish with the results but will need to spend a bit more time on them.

I used a GW Sepia wash mixed with a tiny bit of AV Burnt Umber to do the post shading and GW Sunny Skintone for a post highlight

    :)

    Looks very good Mark!
Peadot camo really is a beast to paint but does add a lot of interest to such a winter figure. Cool!

    Cheers,
    Adrian

Beautiful painting as always Mark. It's a pleasure to see you present your WIP pics so artfully. Great job on the pea dot cam. Have you got any thoughts on the groundwork?? Fresh white powder or brown slush?

Tony ... Thank you! The ground work will be muddy with perhaps a hint of freezing or bits of snow :)

    Pushing for a finish!

Some tweaks on the leather and finishing the boots and the water bottle to do, then base and weathering :)
