A few weeks ago I've painted well known 75 mm Pegaso figure of the Byzantine standard bearer, and now my friend Artur (thanks!) did good photos.
I've seen a lot of Byzantines, painted by various miniaturists, but I prefer most monochromatic painting. Therefore I decided to paint my figure in an elegant, black-silver-white Numenorean colors - because I very like the Tolkien's stories.
This is a simply painting conversions, I think "real" Numenoreans wears more "Normannic" or "early crusaders' " style. I only removed the Byzantine two-headed eagle from the arrow carrier.
