    I've been trawling the coolminiornot website and fancied doing some stuff.
    I do like my Germans and this guy suited me for doing a bit fantasy stuff as well as trying some new mixes and stuff but not really bother too much about it.
    I liked the 2000ad character Rogue Trooper so that's why I tried the blue skin.
    Namely lighting effects, leather, rust, hairspary technique and marsh pattern.

    Very cool! Reminds me of that sci-fi flick, was it "SS Doomtrooper"?

    I like the blue shade, too, it has some depth to it, or a glow.

    Citadel scorpion green over base of white. The glow on surrounding areas was done with a darker green with the scorpion green added in layers.
