Amazing!
Your best face to date,my friend.
The only thing I see to improve is the teeth.You could tone it down with a brown wash and may be painting the space between them.
Anyway,a great job
please post more updates as you advance on painting it.

Nicely painted face. Great job on the eyes, they have a great look to them. One suggestion, a little bit of beard growth could really give this guy some character.
