Damian this is one he'll if s job you ve done there. My only objection should be the pupil of the eyes. Don't know if it doesn't show on the pics or you didn't paint them yet but it whould make the eyes look better that and a little white reflection.

    Very nice work.
I see what you must do around and in the pupils.

    Very nice piece

What did you use for the metallics? Perhaps a little burnt umber wash will give the metals a bit more depth

The design of this sculpt makes for an inherently rich viewing experience and it sure is eye candy. I just wanna raise two points.

    1. minor one. The pictures dont allow me to see clearly the highlight and shading of the white "feathers". I would love to see how those turn out.

    2. Major one. Not even an Asian person has this kind of skin tone. I suspect this is a case of the 6-bottle Andrea flesh paint set being applied without introducing any other colours?

I am only a rookie myself but as a hobbylist with a certain leaning, I am quite curious why so many of us would settle for a yellowish (or even brownish) skin tone for Caucasion subjects when it is so out of place in real life.

Sorry if I sound too negative. I generally like what you have done here.

    thanks to all!!!

Michael Tse: flesh tone was made by medium fleshtone + andrea 1st base and then sunny sintone and basic skintone.

Metal was effect was achived by model masters metalizers

    regards
