After such a gruelling Black prince I wanted something easier and quicker?????:p
This is a free give away at Reapers Convention in their goodie bags at registration. I thought that this would be quick as I used acrylics, except for skin. No Dice, :ROFLMAO: The detail is unbelievable and painstakingly complex.
The base was made and painted (prior to building and painting the model), at a Reaper two day seminar. Each day was an hour seminar by one of Reapers top artists Michael Proctor. After finishing I thought that the base would work for a Reaper miniature and Sophie was picked to fulfill the role.

I do not have a title hence no name plate. So any help for a Title would be nice. sophie 002edt.jpg

This is tilted to show the face better as it is in shadow.
The wings were Yellow and Purple to compliment the Blue Denim and also purple to match one of the colours of the base. It looks like the base needs a little touch up which I will do when I add a name plate.

Thanks for looking and all comments are welcome and encouraged

Good morning, John: Very interesting, with lots of eye candy!
I like your colour choices, and the way the concept of
colour harmony is displayed thru-out. To me, I feel the
terrain and how you have placed all those elements are
as interesting to see, as the figure itself. Yet, those
elements do not detract from the figure itself. Well done,

PS. OK, so my suggestion is not a good one for the title.
But thinking back to childhood and WWII, how about
"Coming in on a Wing and a Prayer"? :)

Nicely done John! That's a 28MM if I recall. Great attention to detail.

I have several of the little reapers collected from their shows in the Dallas area. I used to take my kids to the Shows. Very nice facility and kid friendly. My kiddos still paint those for fun. Reaper's paints are super nice too!

You are probably right on the size but I don't know how to change the heading. She is a little gal. We are going to the reapercon again this year. It is a fun convention and the artist are so helpful and available the whole convention time.

Great work John, especially the ground base.
Sometimes the ones we think are the easiest end up opening a pandora box.
    Beautiful painted piece .
