Good morning.

New release – Concept Miniatures 1/10 scale bust… US Airborne, Ardennes WW2. Unpainted 3d printed model bust requires priming and painting. The kit is supplied in four parts – torso and separate head with fur cap and helmet, and wall section plus optional resin display plinth. The bust will come with two choices of unit patch for the left arm – 101st and 82nd Airborne Division. Currently 1/10 scale only... www.conceptminiatures.com

Please note the bust and head are solid resin parts, the wall section is hollowed to keep the weight of this piece to a minimum.

Amy questions feel free to contact.

Thanks

Interesting! This had already caught my eye this on eBay but I was confused by the pricing…….the same item is listed for both £29 and £37.50. Can you help a poor confused modeller please?

Hello, sure - there is a buy now listing on ebay which is £37.50. There is also an auction style listing for the same item - when you create an auction style listing the item has to be a certain percentage less than the buy now option if you add this to the item. If you're familiar with buying on ebay and wanted to place a bid at £29, if no one else bids the item would sell for this amount. The only difference is you would have to wait for the auction to complete which is normally a 7 day format. I don't often use the auction style listings but have started to do a couple recently. Hope that helps, any questions feel free to message me back.

This is different, it tells a story.
As for the auction, I'd prefer to pay a set price. just my pennies worth.

Malc

Hi Malc, thanks for the compliment and the feedback. In light of this and the other message I've removed the auction style listing as it sounds like it may just confuse people. It's always interesting to know how people like to shop / purchase both on ebay and other apps so thanks again for the input. Mark

Hello again, In addition to the previous message the consensus seems to be that people prefer buy now listing formats so they know exactly what the final cost will be. With this in mind I've now removed the auction style format so there should only be the one on ebay. I do put figures on sale from time to time also - feel free to register your email address on the website and will keep you updated.

Thanks again,

Mark

I really like that, it’s a unique way of showing a bust and captured, hiding behind the wall, perfectly.

Hi Mark

Interesting way to present the piece , the background offers a good opportunity to add to the story

I presume the wall can be left off if preference

Like the angle of the head like he’s just about to look around the wall !

Should paint up well

Thanks for sharing
